Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
If there is a defect or an error in the order, we will cover the shipping cost.
For returns without a valid reason, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
